Lambda Physik opens lithography training

Lambda Physik has opened a new lithography laser training center at its US operations facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The center, which features the latest Lambda Physik ArF, KrF and Flourine lithography lasers, will enable both end users and Lambda Physik service personnel to experience classroom and hands-on applications by working with the center's instructors. Curriculum topics will range from basic laser theory and operation and system operations to maintenance, new test equipment procedures, and advanced hands-on troubleshooting.
