    The FPS3010 interferometric displacement sensor is available with radiation-hard sensor heads, such as the M12 head, which can operate at radiation doses up to 10 MGy. Radiation-hard fibers are also available. It is also available in a 19-in.-rack, three-axis version, which can be equipped with Ethernet interface and corresponding TCP/IP and EPICS command sets.
