Power Vision introduces optical coating system
The PV Precision is an optical coating system for covering small batches of substrates with fast cycle times. Special substrate tooling can maximize throughput and handle specific component types. A 4-port chamber system accommodates three magnetrons and a plasma source or four magnetrons. Depositing a typical 9-layer AR coating takes ~20 min.
