Based on high-density aluminum-coating technology, broadband deep-UV aluminum mirrors reflect 90%-92% at 193 nm.

Based on high-density aluminum-coating technology, broadband deep-UV aluminum mirrors reflect 90%-92% at 193 nm. Available on UV-grade fused-silica, CaF2, or MgF2 substrates, the DUVAL mirrors have a surface figure of lambda/10 at 633 nm after coating. They come in round, square, or rectangular shapes.
