Custom microlens arrays are designed and produced to customer specifications for medical laser systems, light-field photography, and head-up displays (HUDs). Complex diffractive and aspheric microlens arrays with sub-micron tolerances and high damage thresholds are available in many shapes and packing configurations, produced in quantities from 100 individual components to 100,000 wafers per year.
