Qioptiq microscope lens allows submicron imaging

The 1.73x Tube Lens is designed for the company's mag.x system 125 to handle sensors with a 35 mm camera format. It allows submicron imaging in inspection and measurement applications such as dimensional measurement, semiconductor inspection, and fluorescence microscopy. The system features high-numerical-aperture lenses with an exceptionally large exit pupil.
