    The Diamond PureOptics diamond optics range is grown using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) for use in high-power, multi-kilowatt CO2 laser systems in applications such as extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. Its diamond structured meta-surface (MS) decreases overall window absorption, helping to keep window operating temperatures low and minimize thermally induced beam distortion.
