The second-generation VHXT6212A-840 300 Gbit/s high speed parallel optical transmitter and receiver test boards are designed for short-reach data communication. The high-speed optical link devices are based on 850 nm vertical-cavity surface-emitting (VCSEL) transmitter chip arrays and p-i-n photodetector arrays, which are fiber-coupled to multimode ribbon fiber.
