Two integrated optical circuit (IOC) phase modulators are designed for coherent communications and various sensor applications. Proven lithium niobate technology in a unique approach achieves low drive voltages and good frequency response. The butterfly-pin packaging is compatible with all other IOC surface mount modulators.
