Step-refractive lenses

AGRIN lenses have a stepped refractive index that continuously bends light rays. This bending permits diffraction-limited performance without the drawbacks of achromats, multilens systems, or molded aspheres. Diameters of u¥to one inch are available. With the selection of index and dispersion profiles possible, a user can tailor light bending as required.
