SC-10 scans at a frequency selected from 100 H¥to 1 kHz. The unit fits within a 1.44 ¥ 0.63 ¥ 0.425-in. envelope and can mount a 20-mm mirror to be scanned 30° peak to peak. A separate feedback amplifier supplies position output. The scanner can be phase-locked to a stable source for laser scanning, automation, and inspection functions.
