UV-profiler attachment

UV telescope with built-in energy probe attaches to the high capture-to-screen-resolution WinCam beam analyzer. This attachment allows the system access to wavelengths from less than 193 to 400 nm for beams u¥to 100-mm diameter. Excimer, tripled and quadrupled YAG, and other UV laser energies can be measured and beams profiled.
