Microlens testing system

Sept. 1, 1995
The Trioptics Optomatic Micro is a dedicated system for measuring micro-optics with diameters and focal lengths as short as 2 mm with an accuracy of 5 µm. It can measure centering errors, focal length, back focal length, flange focal length, angle and power of wedges and prisms, and modulation transfer function of imaging optics.
