Dualaxis scanning mirror

Aug. 1, 1994
A dualaxis aircooled scanning mirror called TOM is a single mirror driven by analog signals that scans two axes at 100H¥rates. Designed for use with highpower lasers (u¥to 15 kW), TOM is suitable for surface hardening, marking, cutting, and welding applications. Angular mirror positions are read in real time by an internal optical sensor.
