The FTS Stingray 6000 is designed for use in material science microscopy of semiconductor, biological, pharmaceutical, and chemical investigations. The system includes the company`s FTS 6000 step-scan spectrometer and Win-IR Pro software. The system allows FTIR analysis with the ability to create spectral image hypercubes comprised of 65,000 spectra in about 4 min, over an area of 600 µm2, with a spatial resolution of less than 7 µm.
