    An updated version of the Schott glass catalog is available on diskette for use on 486 computers running MS-Windows. The catalog allows users to perform glass searches and comparisons according to 73 parameters including refractive index, Abbé value, thermal expansion, stain resistance, and transmittance. In addition to the text, tables, and charts of the printed version, the electronic catalog contains transmittance curves at 5 and 25 mm for all glasses contained in the catalog.
