    CircuLaser Diodes are a series of six laser diodes with circular beams and diffraction-limited performance. The low-beam-divergence lasers have wavelengths ranging from 635 to 680 nm and powers ranging from 5 to 30 mW. The diodes in a standard laser-diode package can be used to replace multielement laser diodes as well as HeNe lasers. The company also provides customized lasers.
