Universal RGB encoder

The CXA1645P/M encoder chip converts RGB video signals to NTSC or PAL format for display on televisions or recording with a VCR. Applications include multimedia PC and PC add-on-boards as well as consumer video recording, games, and satellite receivers. The encoder requires only external passive resistors and capacitors; the bandpass filter and matching delay line are integrated on the chip.
