Microlens kit

June 1, 1996
A kit of assorted cylindrical microlenses includes 12 individually cushioned lenses with focal lengths ranging from 0.1 to 8.0 mm and numerical apertures to 0.65. The kit includes GRIN, acylinder, ZnS meniscus, biconvex, plano-convex, and biconcave lenses. Antireflection-coated lenses produce diffraction-limited collimated or focused beams. The kit includes an applications manual with lens specifications, suggested arrangements, and ray-trace diagrams.
