Objective lens offers spot sizes up to 17 µm
The F-Theta JENar Silverline 340-355-332-S lens is made of quartz glass, designed for laser materials processing of solar cells at 343–355 nm. It offers spot sizes up to 17 µm, with a scan field of 235 × 235 mm. With a low-absorption anrireflection coating, it has a high damage threshold, making it ideal for ultrashort-pulse laser applications.
