The Freeform X five-axis diamond turning lathe is used to machine advanced substrates, including advanced freeform optics and molds, as well as infrared materials, beam-directing optics, consumer products and lighting, and heads-up displays. It offers 200 mm of x- and y-axis travel and 100 mm of translation in the y direction.
