The LINOS Telecentric F-Theta-Ronar 250 mm lens for 515540 nm includes finite element method simulation. It has an interchangeable, coated protective glass made of fused silica and advanced mounting technologies for a large telecentric scan field. It has a large effective focal length, telecentric design of <0.5°, and an entrance aperture of 14 mm.
