MAC Thin Films debuts extended-wavelength conductive coating for lidar applications
The FrostFree conductive coating offers extended operational wavelengths from the visible into the near-infrared. Suited for lidar applications, the window heater coating has defrosting capability and broadband transmittance. Designed for heating/defrosting windows on semiautonomous and autonomous vehicles, it operates without the need for wires in the vehicle window aperture.
