Jenoptik f-theta lenses have use in laser material processing
Silverline f-theta lenses for 355 nm applications are short focus lenses, which enable a small spot diameter in a scan field of 22 mm. Spot sizes of up to 4.5 µm can be realized. The lens is suited for high-volume series production in microtechnology, microsystems technology, and consumer electronics.
