UV laser system provides pulse repetition rate of 1 to 5 kHz
The DM351-100 Series nanosecond UV multimode laser has been optimized for 100-W UV power at >4000 Hz. It provides high pulse energy up to 60 mJ at 1 kHz, pulse repetition rate of 1 to 5 kHz, and pulse-to-pulse stability of <1.0% rms. Applications include laser liftoff, UV laser ablation, and excimer laser replacement.
