The Venteon optical parametric chirped-pulse amplifier (OPCPA) system combines few-cycle pulse durations <8 fs, microjoule-level energy, and repetition rates of hundreds of kilohertz to several megahertz. The OPCPA has uses in high-harmonic generation and soft x-ray (XUV) spectroscopy, surface science, COLTRIMS, nonlinear applications, and other spectroscopy methods.
