    The Quantas DPSS, Nd:YAG or Nd:YLF, and tunable lasers provide low repetition rates of 0 to 100 Hz. Pulse energy of up to 100 mJ is available. The air-cooled systems supply harmonic generation down to the fifth harmonic (approximately 210 nm), and integrate OPOs and frequency shifts to cover a spectrum from 210 to 2600 nm.
