Excimer lasers from MLase include deep-UV wavelengths
The MLI Series of air-cooled, small-form-factor excimer lasers offer gas efficiencies of 100M shots per fill. Features include deep-UV wavelengths at 248 and 193 nm, repetition rates from 200 to 1000 Hz, and a built-in energy meter for short- and long-term stabilized output. The lasers have utility in medical devices, commercial electronics, and micromachining applications.
