A line of laser diodes is available in 808 nm with 20 W multimode power and in 1060 nm with 650 mW single-mode power. 

A line oflaser diodes is available in 808 nm with 20 W (pulsed operation) multimode power and in 1060 nm with 650 mW (continuous-wave) single-mode power. The diodes' advanced housing makes them ideal in integrated beam shaping and high-power operation. Being hermetically sealed, they meet critical reliability requirements of any harsh target application.
