An RGB module consists of three superluminescent light-emitting diode (SLED) chips, housed in a 14-pin butterfly package, with a total output power of ~30 mW (~10 mW/color), which corresponds to a total luminous flux of 5 lm. They are designed for microdisplay architectures for augmented reality and heads-up displays.
