Hermetically sealed BTF14 modules are manufactured as per Telcordia standard GR-468-CORE. They cover wavelengths from 750 to 1100 nm, with up to 500 mW CW output or 2 W pulsed output. The single-mode, fiber-pigtailed butterfly 14-pin modules have internal temperature control and monitor photodiodes. Customized versions are available.
