Tunable laser sources from Keysight Technologies have 1250-1370 nm tuning range

May 2, 2016
The 81602A high-power tunable laser provides an optical power level of over 17 dBm (50 mW).

The 81602A high-power tunable laser provides an optical power level of over 17 dBm (50 mW). With a tuning range of 1250–1370 nm, photonic devices can be tested at relevant signal levels, even with probe coupling or external modulation. An O-band option enables high-volume testing of receiver subassemblies and components.
