RayVio UV LEDs provide up to 40 mW at 100 mA

A series of LEDs provides up to 40 mW at 100 mA continuous current operation in a single package with a wavelength range of 280–290 nm, and has uses in portable devices for UV disinfection of water and environments. They are 6.5 mm wide, have thermal resistance of 6°C/W, and are RoHS-compliant.
