The SPL BF98-40-5 laser bar has output >60 W at 976 nm, with brilliance of 3 W/mm and divergence angle of 1 mrad at 44 W. It is 5 mm wide and consists of five emitters, each 100 μm wide with a cavity length of 4 mm.
