A fiber-coupled diode laser pump module is designed for pumping ytterbium fiber lasers with kilohertz modulation.

A fiber-coupled diode laser pump module is designed for pumping ytterbium fiber lasers with kilohertz modulation. It is based on a single-emitter platform in a sealed housing. It offers up to 30 W output from a 105 μm pigtailed fiber into a 0.15 numerical aperture at 915 or 976 nm with optional wavelength stabilization.
