The X-Cite 110LED compact white light LED source for fluorescence imaging applications uses liquid-light-guide coupling to limit vibration and offers manual, PC, and TTL control. An electronic shutter provides sub-millisecond operation for vibration-sensitive imaging experiments. It provides excitation for DAPI, GFP, mCherry, Cy5, and other commonly used fluorophores.
