The COMPex 100 excimer laser incorporates the company?s NovaTube technology and requires only 0.5 m2 of space. The energy output of the COMPex series ranges from 100 mJ to 1 J, and repetition rates can reach 200 Hz. The unit has a simple maintenance access and requires only single-phase power.
