Modelocked diode laser

MLD-2300 features a semiconductor diode laser and diode-laser amplifier. Short-duration pulses down to 700 fs are possible, and repetition rate can be varied from 300 MH¥to 10 kHz. Pulse energy is 100 pJ. Operating on 110 V, the unit is about the size of a personal computer.
