Diamond heat sinks

Diamond heat sinks with thermal conductivity of more than 1300 W/mK can lower junction temperatures by as much as 50°C. The sinks can be used with diode lasers, arrays, or other high-power devices to increase power output, speed, or reliability of the devices. Made by CVD processes, the heat sinks have full metallization, patterning, and gold-tin solder capabilities.
