Four distributed-feedback (DFB) diode lasers for hybrid fiber coax broadband networks include built-in isolators. The 0L3492L and 0L5492L pigtailed modules have wavelengths of 1310 and 1510 nm, respectively, and can transmit at rates u¥to 1.5 Gbit/s. The 0L3140L and the 0L5104L thermoelectrically cooled butterfly pigtailed modules operate at 1310 and 1550 nm, are designed for trunking applications, and are rated for 2.5 Gbit/s transmission at 2 mW.
