The S� thermoelectric cooler is designed for use with pum¥and isolated distributed-feedback diode lasers. The device is a rectangular single-stage 30-couple cooler with a large submount surface below the top. The cooler fits standard butterfly at 14-pin DI¥packages and is designed for low power consumption. Gold plating is available.
