    A compact OEM power supply for the company`s semiconductor laser products delivers u¥to 4 A of drive current. A comprehensive laserdiode protection circuit is included. The drive current and temperature setpoints can be set remotely or with internal potentiometers. Monitor signals are provided for output power, drive current and limit, actual temperature, and temperature control status.
