    A series of single-mode, fiber-coupled 635-nm diode lasers come in telecommunication-type packages designed specifically for OEM applications. The lasers are available with powers ranging from 1 to 3 mW and are in 14-pin dual-in-line packages fitted with a thermoelectric cooler, control thermistor, and feedback photodiode detector.
