High-power diode lasers

    Two high-power diode lasers emit at 808 nm ۬ nm. The SCL 25A and SCL 26B devices are multimode CW lasers that emit 250 mW (while drawing 450 mA) and 500 mW (while drawing 900 mA), respectively. Both lasers have threshold currents of 150 mA and beam divergence of 10° ¥ 40°.
