A line of near-IR and mid-IR light emitting diodes, the ChemLED family is designed for applications in chemical sensing, medical diagnostics, spectroscopy, and pollution monitoring. Sixteen LEDs are available with peak wavelengths ranging from 1 to 4.6 µm. Total available optical powers range up to 2 mW. Several packing options are available.
