Mini external-cavity diode laser

The ECL-100H miniature external-cavity tunable diode-laser module is available in butterfly-configuration packaging. The laser is tunable over more than 60 nm with resolutions of 0.1 nm and output power of more than 1 mW throughout the range. Linewidths are less than 300 kHz. The module includes a built-in 40-dB isolator. An ECL microtuning knob can be supplied on request. Applications include use in wavelength-division multiplexing systems and optical test-and-measurement systems.
