• Surface-mount LEDs

    A family of surface-mount LEDs offers devices measuring 2.0 ¥ 1.25 ¥ 1.1 mm. Four models, each emitting a different color, are available: AND4RA (red), AND4OA (orange), AND4YA (yellow), and AND4GA (green). The LEDs require about 20-mA forward current and have a viewing angle of 150°. Luminous intensities range from 15 mcd for the green LED to 60 mcd for the orange and yellow models.
