A series of visible and near-IR diode lasers and unpackaged chips is available with a range of powers from 2 to 100 mW in the visible at wavelengths of 635, 650, and 670 nm. At the IR wavelengths of 780, 808, 850, and 980 nm, powers range u¥to 1 W. Applications include alignment, laser pointers, visual finders, test and measurement, medical and video applications, and laser pumping.
