Calibrated sensors

Jan. 1, 1999
The UVSC-365 SensorCards are available with dosimetry data that allow them to be used for absolute dosimetry at 193 nm. The calibration uses 2-mJ/cm2 pulses from a 193-nm excimer laser with cumulative exposures up to 80 J/cm2. When combined with the company`s FilmScan software, the images recorded on the cards can be digitized and the absolute dose calculated. Applications include testing PRK eye-surgery lasers and lithography lasers.
