Diode laser

The 965L-BA30-G03-Sx-P500 is a diode-laser chi¥on a submount, which can emit u¥to 500-mW CW at 965 nm. This wavelength is useful for pumping high-gain dual-core ytterbium/erbium-doped fiber amplifiers. The light is emitted from the device`s 30-m-wide ridge, and the beam shape is optimized for coupling into a wedged multimode fiber tip.
